I first encountered homelessness as  a young boy while on holiday in the US. I was deeply moved and ever since have held a compelling desire to help people without a place to call home.

I have been extremely fortunate to have never experienced homelessness and to have had a very successful career and a very blessed life, for which I am extremely grateful.

I also have developed a strong desire to improve the lives of others through my involvement with community organisations committed to addressing homeless. This began in my home community of Hepburn, and the

SafePlace Hepburn organisation.

I became increasing passionate about homeless and affordable housing and decided to make a difference through founding Homeward Housing.
